Help with federal agencies

Do you need help with a federal agency?

Sen. Kennedy’s office is here to help Louisianians engage federal agencies like Veterans Affairs (VA), Social Security Administration, FEMA, and others.

Louisianians having an issue or problem with a federal agency can reach out to one of the senator’s offices, which can act as a liaison between them and federal agencies. The senator’s team can often help you answer questions, locate resources, get status updates, and work to resolve constituent challenges.

While the senator’s staff cannot ask an agency to circumvent its rules, force it to decide a question in a constituent’s favor, or change a decision that is already final, his team can make inquiries about the status of a situation and review the steps taken to ensure a Louisianian’s case is being handled fairly, properly, and in a timely manner.
